The Board of Zoning Appeals meeting/Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 15 at 7:00 p.m. and will be held virtually. The following cases will be heard before the Board:

CASE #BZAS-8-20-020 Special Exception request for the placement of a manufactured housing unit on a vacant lot in the Low-Density Suburban Residential District (RSL) at 1108 Seaside Lane. TMS #428-08-00-056.

CASE #BZAV-8-20-026 Variance request for the reduction of the 5' accessory structure setback by 2.2' to 2.8' for an extension/remodel of an existing accessory structure in the Low-Density Suburban Residential District (RSL) on property located at 1225 Teal Avenue. TMS #428-02-00-016.
