NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS OF THE TOWN OF JAMES ISLAND FOR THE ADOPTION OF FEES FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1) RENTAL FEE FOR PINCKNEY PARK PAVILION; AND 2) ESTABLISHMENT OF STORMWATER FEES.

The Town of James Island Council will hold two Public Hearings at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at the Town Hall, located at 1122 Dills Bluff Road, James Island (in person versus virtual meeting is subject to change) The first is a Public Hearing for the establishment of fees for the Pinckney Park Pavilion and the second for the establishment of Stormwater fees in the Town.

Copies of Ordinances are available for public review Monday-Friday; current hours are 10:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m. (subject to change) and ordinances are attached to this notice below. For further information and status of meeting platform call (843) 795-4141.
