At the March 24 meeting of Town Council, Deputy Jacob Brueckner was recognized and congratulated as the Island Sheriff Patrol Deputy of the Year. Mayor Woolsey read a Resolution in honor of this recognition and presentation him with a plaque for his accomplishments. Way to Go!
Mayor Woolsey and Council recognized March as National Red Cross Month. Mayor Woolsey read a Proclamation of the services provided by the American Red Cross. Patrick Dollason (of the Disaster Team) received the proclamation on behalf of the American Red Cross.
